Bold Needle Threads Supply List
Impact with big decorative threads stitched
through the needle can be easily achieved!
Learn how to adjust your machine, choose
needles, and select stitch patterns to get
stunning results with these threads. In class
we’ll practice on stabilized fabric to learn
about threads and machines. After class you’ll
have the ability to decorate fabric and quilt
quilts with a new array of beautiful threads.
Kits of fabric, stabilizer, fusible and three
heavy decorative threads may be purchased
in class for about $23.
A zig-zag machine is a must, but a
“top-of-the-line”
model is not necessary. Guild sponsored classes require that you
bring your own sewing machine. Some quilt
shows, however, arrange for sewing machine
companies to provide machines. Please check
with the class organizer to determine if
a machine will be provided or if one may
be rented. If you're using a provided machine
items with an "*" are not needed,
but if you're bringing your own machine please
also bring items marked with an "*":
