HOW SOON WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship within two business days unless I'm away teaching. When this is the case there will be an announcement at the top of the site. Items shipped within the US should arrive within three days via USPS Priority Mail Service. If you're concerned, please email me at Susan@PiecesBeWithYou.com with your order information. IS ORDERING ON THIS SITE SECURE?

Yes, it is. We practice safe handling of credit card information and never, ever share your information.

WHAT ABOUT TAX?

If you reside in Minnesota, a 7% state sales tax will be added to your order.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

If we make an error with your order or if an item is damaged, please email Susan@PiecesBeWithYou.com and explain what has happened. We will refund the amount to return product shipped, refund your original shipping cost, and ship the correct order to you with our apologies.

WILL YOU GET ADDITIONAL E-MAILS?

We will not share any of your information with any other individual or company. You will not automatically be signed up for Susan's newsletter. If you wish to do so, please submit your e-mail address on our our home page: www.PiecesBeWithYou.com.

DO I SELL WHOLESALE?

If you are a quilting business retailer interested in selling my products, please e-mail Susan@PiecesBeWithYou.com to inquire about selling Pieces Be With You products. You will be required to provide a tax or resale ID.
